Hey, my name is Sam Owen.

I am the owner and founder of Pursue Performance. I have lifted weights my entire life and want to share my passion for strength training with you.

I have worked and learned from some of the best coaches in the industry, whilst competing at a local level in Powerlifting, and have ambitions to take it to the highest level in the sport.

At Pursue Performance, we help bring people together and help them lift weights they never thought possible. We achieve this by building bulletproof technique in the squat, press, bench press and deadlift to help them realise their full potential.

Strength Optimise camp

Pursue Performance’s signature program is the Strength Optimise Camp, which is an online coaching service with a twist. This is a hybrid model, where you have all the benefits of online coaching, but also a monthly strength camp team session, where we get together and break records in the main movement patterns.
